Cliff House

Situated in the southwest part of the island, this project offers amazing views and direct access to a private beach. 

Thetacon team was tasked with exploring the possibilities of the interior spaces and its connections with the outdoors areas and the landscape design. Taking advantage of the size of the plot, the BBQ area was designed as an extension of the swimming pool and conversation pit, to add an extra layer in the concept of outdoor living. 

It's a contemporary design, with respect to the rural materiality and modern amenities. The warm tones of the stone, the roughness of natural pavings and earthy tones of the materials create a relaxing and soothing vibe in both the interior and exterior. 

The use of continuous coverings serves as a visual connection with the outdoors and expands the feeling of space and blurs the house's limits.
