The house was built in the late 60’s, and it was the owners wish to maintain some of the original characteristics, such as the wooden pitched roof and the stone paving on the surrounding area. The exterior shell of the building was kept intact, the interior was fully renovated to accommodate modern needs through a contemporary design. The roof was made new while keeping the original form and style. One of the main issues of this project was to work within a specific budget, which led to certain decisions regarding the extend of intervention on the paved area around the house

We took advantage of the levels and borders that existed and created new swimming pools based on those shaoes and positioned in a way to best frame the view
